I dedicate this blog post to my very dear Friend and Soul Sister Aimee, who is also the Co-founder of "Namaste, Radiant One!"
Life is like that. It moves and flows and we, Its Beloveds have to move and flow with it or be stuck. Louise Hay talks about the start of her spiritual life at age 42 in "You Can Create An Exceptional Life" after a marriage she thought was the most wonderful, came to an abrupt end when her husband asked her for divorce. She talks about her life after that and the magnificence she was able to create from that heartbreak. And today who does not know of Louise L Hay?!
These days my internet connection is hit and miss kind of thing. Some changes are taking place which leaves me with little or no internet activity. Mostly no internet activity. With this gone, suddenly a space has been created and now I can sit in it and decide what I would like to do with my life which, so happens to be the perfect time to do this activity. Spring has just started and Nature is in her Magnificence! Spring is a time for renewal, restoration and awakening. What am I learning from this experience this very moment? I am learning PATIENCE. The number of times this connection has gone off is enough to scream, but here I am, choosing patience as my learning experience. Sacred Pause.
The "SACRED PAUSE" happens for all of us one way or the other differently.
I admire the way Aimee has chosen to take this phase forward. I am impressed and encouragfed with how PRESENT she is in her experience and how conscious she is to every moment of feeling. FEELING. That is what our life experiences are about. They are about feeling through every moment and acknowledging them constantly. Each moment is different and unique and if we do not judge the moment life transforming gifts manifest literally from the ethers right into our lives. She is focussed on this very moment. She is doing exactly what Life is asking her to do in this moment. Nothing more. Nothing less. Just this moment. Sometimes she is able to smile. Sometimes she cries. But at all times, she continues to inspire everyone known to her. Most moments consist of very mundane things - everyday chores and normal living. This awareness brings the ordinary into the extraordinary and though we may not begin to comprehend the power of our creativity just now, we realize it later and we just marvel on how we went through that experience thinking that if it happens again, we will never be able to cope. But we always do. And we always win provided we allow Life to help us live in the very frontier of magnificent living!!
The sacred pause helps us to reconnect with our Souls and the present moment and enables us to reenter the mystery and vitality only found here and now. We don't have to wait for a crises to experience the mystery of life. Infact if we have not been in the habit of feeling through our experiences, Life will bring us to this point so that we can begin our inner healing. On the other hand if we have been in the habit of living in the present moment, then this tool helps us through our process of grieving more than we will ever know. Either way its a win-win situation.
May you feel inspired this very moment, to stop and surrender to your Spirit. May this Sacred Pause bring freshness, newness and renewal into your life. May you pause to connect more deeply with God and be renewed always.
Here is one of Aimee's continued and selfless efforts to encourage and help heal the wounds in the lives of others that comes to us through her daily emails.
With Love & Blessings,
Lavina
